SOFED Tripura Recruitment 2026: The Society for Entrepreneurship Development (SOFED), Tripura has released a new recruitment notification for 14 contractual vacancies under the College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess at least a degree in any of the following fields:
Information Technology
Electronics & Telecommunication
Computer Science Engineering
OR
Candidate should have an MCA from a recognized University or Institution.
OR
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university along with a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) may also apply.
Candidates who have passed HSSLC with DOEACC 'O' Level or an equivalent qualification from a government-recognized institute are also eligible.
Desirable Experience:
Candidates with at least one year of experience in software development, software fixing or software testing in a government institution, undertaking or industry will be preferred.
Monthly Contract Pay: Rs. 14,800/-
Age Limit: 40 Years
Upper age relaxation of up to five years is applicable for SC, ST and PH category candidates.
2. Cook-cum Attendant
Number of Posts: 08
Educational Qualification:
For UR candidates, the minimum educational qualification is Class VIII pass from a recognized school.
For SC, ST and PH candidates, the minimum qualification is Class V pass from a recognized school.
Desirable Experience:
At least one year of cooking experience in any government institution, undertaking, institution or private hostel is desirable.
Monthly Contract Pay: Rs. 10,126/-
Age Limit: 40 Years
SC, ST and PH category candidates may receive an upper age relaxation of up to five years.
3. Hostel Sweeper
Number of Posts: 02
Educational Qualification:
UR candidates should have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
SC, ST and PH candidates should have passed at least Class V from a recognized school.
Monthly Contract Pay: Rs. 9,180/-
Age Limit: 40 Years
Upper age relaxation of up to five years is available for SC, ST and PH candidates.
4. Sweeper
Number of Posts: 02
Educational Qualification:
Candidates belonging to the UR category should have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PH categories should have passed at least Class V from a recognized school.
Monthly Contract Pay: Rs. 9,180/-
Age Limit: 40 Years
Age relaxation of up to five years is applicable for SC, ST and PH candidates as per the recruitment notification.
SOFED Tripura Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
